jQuery filtering not working

I have a website with a portfolio and when is enable jQuery filtering the portolio get crazy.
Does not show all items and others show duplicated.
In the portfolio taxonomy show well, but would be nice have the efffect.

we are sorry but the portfolio you have is not a part of theme. It's your own, custom plugin so you should contact with plugin's author if you don't like how it works.
