need to put an intro to my blog on the page

i wanted to add a intro to this page above the blog posts but everything i try doesnt work does anyone know a way around this?

What intro you mean? Slider? Because if you mean slider, then at first you must create it in "Slider revolution" section and after that while you create/edit page you should select right slider for page in "Page options" section.
