Form width is set too narrow
Hi,
My form width is stuck and the name field goes onto a new line, rather than staying next to the text "First name".

When I change to BeTheme form settings there is no space/padding in between the text and fields and button.
When I change the column width to wider (2 col instead of 3) the form still stays the same width and the same thing happens.
