Shortcodes Are Not Showing

We have created a plugin the creates shortcodes for use in Visual Composer. 

The Shortcodes show 100%, please view here: http://attollomedia.com/Barguard/register/

We are, however, getting a constant issues where the attributes specified in Visual Composer are not pulling through to the do shortcode function.
