In the contact box, we are trying to see best way to add a Note icon and value, similar to how there are icons for address, email, website.

Note icon would be helpful to display extra information about the company. Is there a easy way to do this?

this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
