Turn off responsiveness

I don´t want my website be responsive.

I turnd off every responsive option (BeTheme Option --> Responsive).

But the font and some pictures are still changing - I had a look at two Laptops, my phone and an iPad. everywhere my page lookes different ;P

How can I turn off the responsive-option complete?

for example:

We checked your site and we do not see anything changing. You turned off responsive and it works as supposed to.

Please compare the images.

- As you can see, the menu changes

- And the text size changes (and even different!)

 

I don´t want these (responsive) changes. How can that be fixed?

Please send us dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason then because it doesn't work the same on our side.
