Centre a column to the middle

I have a question, 

If I have a 1/3 column and no other columns, how do I centre this column to the middle of the page? 

If I make a 1/1 column an centre the text the text gets too wide.

Nevermind this question,

I found out adding a blank column doesnt affect the responsiveness

Hi,

you need to use 1/3 Placeholder items on sides and 1/3 column between them. That's the only way to center it as you expect.
