Separate colour in list and bullets

Be Otions / Colors / Content / List Color = the choice of colours decide for both text and bullet
Question: can I have bullet in one colour and the text in a different colour
It says:

we are sorry but we do not have an option to separate these colors. But if you will send us link to page where you got bullet and text, we will tell you if it would be possible with custom css. Would be great if you can show us on image which parts should be different color so we can avoid confuse.
