How do you increase the horizontal spacing of menu items? Is there an option to increase the padding?

please send us link to page where you would like to do this first. We do not have such option included but it might be possible with css.

Ok. So to increase padding between menu items, you need to use the following css:
#Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { padding: 0 45px !important; }
