Video shortcode parameters not working per manual

When setting the following it does not work as expected [video_embed mp4="/myfile/vid.mp4" parameters="autoplay=0&loop=0&mute=0"].

The video is muted, autoplays and loops.

Parameters attribute is reserved for Youtube and Vimeo videos. It wouldn't work for custom videos like .mp4.

I ended up copying the static code and fixed it by removing the parameters. Thanks.
