Muffin Builder not able to save changes

Hi,

I am new on wordpress. 

I'm working on a website using wordpress and bethemes on a local server.

Then, when I imported the website on domain, we suddenly can't save any changes on pages.

The error states, 

The <domain name> page isn’t working

Here are the following suggestions I've read in forums that works for others but does not work on me:

[x] to disable the plugin used in the site. 

[x] try to define memory limit 256M in wp_config.php, .htaccess, php.ini, user.ini

I also tried to change the theme, and it turns out, the muffin builder/betheme is causing the error.

Can somebody help me how to resolve this error?

Also, can you tell me where to find and how to modify the html/source code of pages in database? 

They said, it is save in the database. I saw the pages in wp_post table, but I can't find the html of my page there.

Hi,

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is related with those limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.

Thanks. So now everything is clear. The max_input_vars is limited to 1000 while should be 5000 or even 10000 (depends on how large pages you are planning to build). You can see this limit on https://snag.gy/S2qu3I.jpg

Also, PHP version you use is not fully compatible with Wordpress and it should be upgraded to 5.6

Hi, How will I know how large my pages I am building?

Now, I am having trouble in changing the value of max_input_vars since my hosting site doesn't want to change it because they said it will cause vulnerability on the server and may cause future security issues that might compromise files and directory residing on it.

Is there anyway I could do to resolve it on my part?

@devAdminFETP Wow, if you host is unable to change the default value which is 1000 we recommend to leave this hosting asap because you will met much bigger problems in the future. Anyway, there is no other way to sort it out. Your hosting is strongly limited and with such limits, most things in the future wouldn't work.
