Only see flags at WPML

I want just like http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ page, that you only see flags at WPML. On my page http://goldiesreclame.nl/blatter/# you see the text Taal / language and if you click on it then you see the flags. Is that possible?

to change WPML drop-down style, please go to Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.
