Hi!

I loaded the latitude and longitude in the shortcode map but it gives me an error saying:

Sorry, there was a problem.

Google Maps is not loaded correctly. For technical details, see the JavaScript console.

I can not understand why?

Yes, sure. All details about theme update you can find on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation but personally we recommend to update theme via FTP because it's the safest update method and you can always be sure that files were uploaded correctly.
