Is it possible to genereate a space between the subheader and the content?

Hi,

to increase space between the subheader and content, you can use subheader's padding under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.

Hi, I am afraid, seamed that I did not described it correct. I would like to have an empty space (where I can see the backround image). If I change the padding, it is increasing the colored subheader only.
