Different logo in translated content and languages selector

Hi

I have bought beTheme and WPML and i want to translate my page. Almost all works good, but i need to make different logo (with different texts on it) in other languages. Ho i can do that? In options i have only One logo to place. In WPML options i don't have option to change that.

Second problem is that i'll need to place language selector above links in menu (like in almost all multilanguage sites on the world :) . Unfortunetly WPML have only options to add language as a menu element (or in widgets or footer). How i can do that?
