[Post] - Appearance of a blog depending on his Category

Assume I have a category "Food" and a category "Movie".

I know I can individually skin my posts to do what I want.

But I'm a lazy boy and I prefer an automated skinning of my post depending on his category (specific sidebar, specific background color...).

How I can do that just by selecting the Category?
