One page not work

Hi 

My homepage is one page, and if I try to go to the section on the one home page from another page, it scrolls to the top of the page and not the section. 

Here is a link to website  http://46c.823.myftpupload.com/

from this page http://46c.823.myftpupload.com/about-us/ ---> click on the events tab on the top. You will notice that it does not go to the event section but scrolls to the top of the page.

Can you please help fix this problem.

it's because you do not use full paths for the links.

It means that you must use full path for the links that starts with http://

It still not working. The menu using the full path. 

http://www.chicagoshidduch.org/about-us/ 

From this page click contact. After you click contact, it scrolls to the top of the page and not the contact section at the bottom of the page.

But this is how it supposed to work. http://www.chicagoshidduch.org/about-us/ is an inner page but http://www.chicagoshidduch.org/#contact is a one page link on home page what means, when you click, it need to go back to homepage and then scroll down. So it works exactly as should.

But if you click on the PLACES TO GO from the about page is works fine. 

Example: http://www.chicagoshidduch.org/about-us/ --> http://www.chicagoshidduch.org/places-to-go/#hotel 

It will scroll to right section without going back to the top of the page. 

Is there anyway to make it work?

But the contact link works exactly the same. If you look at http://pasteboard.co/9dTyQiFIf.png you see where it goes when we click on this link.
