Hello, when i try to upload betheme.zip it loads for a long time and i get white screen with 504 Gateway Time-out. Please help me. I am new to wordpress and this is my first theme.
this looks like the problem is with the limits on your server end. The betheme.zip package is about 30MB because it contains all plugins like Slider Revolution, Layer Slider or Visual Composer. So there is 3 ways to install theme now:
- you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider and ask for limits increase - you need to unpack betheme.zip package and upload /betheme/ folder with theme files under /wp-content/themes/ folder thru FTP - you can install betheme-small-no-plugins.zip file instead which is much lighter (does not contain plugins) and then you can install plugins themselves
