my page editor and betheme options doesn't work

i make a webstie in localhost, and upload to host. Web site is working but when i want to change in page editor muffin builder and wordpress editor dosn't work. i do nothing and see page design. When i look betheme oprions i can't see anything for options. i deactive all plugins but it doenst change. Pls help me...
