Downloaded Theme but can't download V composer

Please can you help? 

I have downloaded a new theme and it won't let me access the Visual Composer Plugin which I really need. 

How do I go about doing this?

Hi, I have uploaded the theme but the visual composer plug in is missing

Actually the slider revolution is missing too

when I try and upload the plugins it won't do it

I only bought this theme so that I could use these plugins - as I have used before. Seems unfair that half of it isn't working properly.

What file you installed then? What's the name of that file? Did you also checked Appearance > Install Plugins section where from plugins should be installed (the plugins would be there only if you installed full package named betheme.zip)?

I've installed the wordpress installable file as per the instructions I have seen in here. But also tried the other.

Yes I have tried to install from appearance and it gets stuck on slider revo and won't go further.

I have also researched and found it could have been a memory server issue - so upgraded with host - and nothing!!!

Right I have found the betheme.zip and installed that but still no plug in for those two.

Please can someone help as I am losing the will here

If you did installed betheme.zip file finally, then what is the next issue you have?

The plugins are not working. Well two to be exact. Slider revolution and visual composer. They just won't install

Do you get any error during installation? Did you tried to install them from Appearance > Install plugins section?
