Nice scroll small issue

I use nice scroll to navigate between sections in the same page. Everything is working properly with one exception. After clicking the button (pointing to some section in the page), the target section appear a way below the upper margin of the browser visible canvas. Here is a screenshot http://snag.gy/QYkvX.jpg. After removing nice scroll, this "effect" disappear and it works as expected.
Any ideas how to sort it out?

nice scroll is checking what is the width of section and how far away is current section from the next one. So this properly works as should be but we'll be able to check it only if you will send url to your website.
