How create a form with automatic E-Mail

Hello. We will offer some different courses at different dates. we want to show this in a table in which you can choose one date and sign in for this course. after fill in the form the organisator should get an e-Mail as well as the student. Where can I create this in betheme for wordpress?

    Hi,

    we did never made anything same so we don't know which tool would be the best for this. BeTheme is compatible with Contact Form 7 and MailChimp so you can try these plugins. But if they won't fit to your needs, then you need to look for a different tool.
