How do I update without losing my site?
Hi there,
So I need to update to the newest version as Google Maps API key isn't working.
However I have no clue how I do this. I have not backed up my site (again no clue how to), is this something I need to do? How do I keep everything on there but upload the new zip file? Can anyone run me through this? I'm on Heart Internet hosting and have a macbook pro.

all you need to update the theme is to remove current theme files thru FTP and upload the newest one from package. If you didn't changed anything in theme files, you won't lose anything because all settings/content are stored in database.
More details about theme update you can find in the doc http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation but we recommend to do it thru FTP because it's much safer.
