SEO Page Content Not being picked up by Yoast

I am using Yoast for SEO and it doesn't seem to pick up the keywords that are placed in the body content in the muffin builder I guess because its outside the normal wisy wig editor.

Not sure what end this is on to make work. Any suggestions? Is there something that can be added/updated in the theme to have Yoast see this content in the body of the muffin builder so I can still use it and maximize the SEO on the page with the help of Yoast?

Ok I commented there. Still just a bit confused on that... Sorry... Making over 30 pages now for site maker and didn't want to have to re do anything so trying to get this right the first time..
