Video header

Hi

I currently have a video header set on my homepage. This is the page: http://185.123.97.227/~capita72/refugeethefilm.com/

and these are the setting I have on it:

Background position: Centre No-Repeat Fixed Cover

and

The problem I am having is making it scalable on the browser. It crops rather than re-sizes, losing areas of the video.

Is it possible to change this through the settings?
