Visual Composer Backend and Frontend Editor not working

The visual composer editor is not working. It is activated. Please advise.

Using Visual Composer 4.12 and the latest BeTheme 14.7 with Wordpress 4.6.1

Strange. I tried it at work today on a Windows 7 machine using firefox and the Visual Composer Elements came up just fine in the backend and frontend editor. It was at home on my Mac OS X El Capitan on Firefox where the Visual Composer elements/modules did not render on the back and front end editors.  Nothing (no modules) would show up below the first row of VC icons.
