BeTheme Options -> white page

Hi,

I have just bought and installed BeTheme (Version 14.7). Also installed the required plugins 'contact form 7' and 'slider revolution'. 

But I have problems to customize the theme in 'betheme options'. for the very first time I can customize whatever I want without problems. but after saving the changes I only see a white page and I can't select any option any more. sometimes it works again after importing demo data...but only for once...until saving the changes again. 

any idea?

please create php file with phpinfo() function inside so we can check your server settings.

Ok, thanks. So from what we see, you have PHP 7 which is in beta phase and is not fully compatible with Wordpress yet. Also, you have many limits like memory_limit which should be minimum 128MB or 256MB and also max_input_vars variable is limited to 1000 while should be minimum 5000. These are the reasons why your options doesn't work.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I tried various PHP versions before, same result. 

memory_limit is limited by the provider by max 64M. if this is the reason, I can not use the bought product. To change the provider is not an option for me. I will ask my provider to change the settings...

any change to give the license/money  back if the provider will not correspond ?

my provider has increased the memory_limit and the problem disappeared!
