Muffin options reset at 4am each day if I make changes to my site the day prior

Hi there. I'm really stuck with this persistent issue.
If I make changes to my website which is using BeTheme (child) then the next morning at around 4am the site loses all or most of its muffin options.

Our company hosts the website, as well as thousands of other sites. We are developers and systems engineers and have been hosting and developing websites for over 10 years. We have investigated this deeply and cant see any reason why this should occur.

    Hi,

    we do not have any option to reset options automatically and we really have no idea what might be the reason. We did never met with anything similar and that's why have no idea.

    P.S. PHP Max INPUT VARS is terribly low and should be minimum 5000 or even 10000. Also, Wordpress is not fully compatible with PHP 7 version yet. It's still in beta phase.
