Hi,
How/where can I change the thumbnail dimensions and background color of the "offer slider thumb?"

Hi Brian,
we do not have an option to change thumbs sizes but when you ask for it's background, you mean to replace those diagonal lines with fixed background color?

Ok. So to replace those diagonal stripes with solid background, please use:
.offer_thumb .slider_pagination a.selected { background: #000 !important; }
