[Export] - Local to production

Hi,

I develop a website in local on my computer, running it with MAMP.

Now I want to push it in production.

I was guessing a simple export of my database would be enough... but no.

I must do: > Appearance > Betheme Options > Backup & Reset > Export Options

And next import this file in my new environment.

I thinks it was enough with this second, but no.

For each page where I use the Muffin Builder, I must make an export and then an import in production.

For now I find only this way.

Is there an other? Simple, complete, light and clear?

Hi,

while site migration, we always use 2 plugins and did never had any problems with content or settings migration. Those plugins are: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migration Tool.

I try the 2 plugins.

WP Migrate DB is very useful thanks.

I don't get the interest of Mfn Migrate Tools. It seems it do the same thing as WP Migrate DB with less choices.

Can you explain me the interest of the second?

The second tool was made by us and it is changing paths inside Muffin Builder content which is coded in database and plugins like WP Migrate DB are unable to change those paths because simply can not read those coded tags.
