Custom font not displaying

Hi there,

I keep having a recurring issue when using custom fonts. I upload the various files under BeTheme Options and they do work when I view the website on my machine but not when viewed on another computer. I've checked to see whether they are definitely stored within the website location but, at a complete loss as to what I'm doing wrong?

Where is this response on here or themeforest, if its on themeforest can you send me a link to it pls? I'm really not understanding these two methods of contact.
