Change the color of the plus sign in the mobile menu

How can I change the color of the plus signs (referring to sub pages) on a mobile menu? I imagine this is done with css. If so, can you provide the following? I have attached a screenshot for reference.

I have the exactly same problem. All color changements affect the normal menu link color or only chnage the mobile link, when I use: @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #Top_bar #menu ul li a span { color: #F2F2F2 !important;; }
}
and I'm trying to get more space between the logo an the toggle button of the mobile menu... Thank you very much!

@mcontes Ok, thanks. So to change the color of +/- on mobile you need to use the following css:

#Top_bar #menu ul li.submenu .menu-toggle { color: #000 !important; }
