Change/Remove About This Project and Category from Product pages

How do I change or remove ABOUT THIS PROJECT on product pages?  Also, if we're not using categories, how do we remove CATEGORY text?  See bottom of this page: http://truemarkengraving.com/portfolio_page/roll-dies-inserts/
