Custom Icons been fixed?

Hi Support,

I was wondering if the custom Icons have been implemented, as this question was already asked in the begin of 2015, where you said that this should be implemented in new releases or updates, but still no luck.? We are almost in 2017. This is really needed.

Hi,

no, it wasn't added and so far wouldn't be because it is not possible to add this featured without the need of files customization. And because such feature would require from people changes on FTP, we simply can not add it.

Could you please be specific about why can't we have custom icons?

Like we wrote above, using custom icons requires customization on server side in files. That's why it couldn't be added as an option.
