How remove blue section at top of page?

Hi

Ive checked the documentation and i ve looked at all the headers but i cant seem to get rid of the blue section at the top of my page - http://08websolutions.com

im assuming im looking in the wrong section to do this? can you advise please?

Hi,

this is header background. If you don't like it, then please just turn ON "Header | Minimalist" option in Theme options > Layout > Header section.

This is definitely the right option. If you did it but don't see any changes, it means you got cache.

I thought that too, so ive cleared the cache but stil lthe same?? thanks

So if you have this turned on then we have no idea what else could be the problem. But we found something else - lot's of errors in html code. Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check how many html errors you got. Please fix them first and if this won't help then you must send us access to your wp dashboard. But please remember until code won't be out of errors we won't be able to check it.

Ive changed the page to "blank page" and that made it disappear?!

now though, the menu bar wont show with that setting on the home page. All the other pages are showing the menu bar??

As the name is "blank page", means that whole page is blank and will show only things that you will create via muffin builder or shortcodes. With "blank" page nothing won't show except what you will create. This is how it works.

Ive done it,  it was layout in the main sidebar not the layout in the theme options
