Gallery not showing prettyphoto anymore

Hello,

Since a recent update, my gallery doesn't show the prettyphoto lightbox anymore. All the links are properly set, and I have YouTube links manually set as class="prettyphoto" which all work.

The links are as such:

<img width="150" height="150" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" style="width: 100%; height: auto;" alt="0s5a0198-compressor" src="http://www.domain.tld/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/0S5A0198-compressor-150x150.jpg" srcset="http://www.domain.tld/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/0S5A0198-compressor-150x150.jpg 150w, http://www.domain.tld/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/0S5A0198-compressor-85x85.jpg 85w, http://www.domain.tld/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/0S5A0198-compressor-80x80.jpg 80w" sizes="(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px">

And the DOM shows the rel="prettyphoto..." link. Any clues?
