How to Show Action Bar While Using "Creative: Always Open" Header Style

I'm using the Creative: Always Open header style for my website, but for some reason, this disables the ability to have the Action Bar at the top of the screen. Is there a work-around for this?

I would like to keep the menu on the left while still having the Action Bar at the top.

we are sorry but it is not possible to display Action Bar along with Creative header type.
