Quick Fact and Counter not counting up

I'm developing out website and is using muffin builder. I used the quick fact and counter but it is not counting up. What could be the problem. I've check the option for animation for counter in the option and it is enabled to animate.

It is hosted in AWS.

if you look at http://pasteboard.co/aQp4MVWpK.png you see that you got an error in console log and this is the reason why it does not work as should. Please notice that this issue is unrelated to theme so you need to look for a problem out of the theme.
