I have been informed by the developer of a plugin I purchased that BeTheme is breaking the shortcode I am trying to use for it.

Can you take a look at this??

Hi,

we are very sorry but we did never tested this plugin as it's not listed on plugins compatibility list and we don't know what might be the reason unfortunately. In reference to Item Support Policy, support for 3rd party plugins is not included so please accept our apologies and please understand that we can not test every plugin you just imagine.

I understand - however, I can see that the plugin works if it is pasted straight into the wordpress editor, but breaks if I paste it into code block in muffin builder.  Perhaps you could suggest a good workaround for me?  Thanks!

Actually I have resolved this myself - I was pasting the shortcode in a "code" block which breaks it, but it seems to work perfectly posted in a "column" block.
