it's a simple menu that can be used in the right top corner instead of social icons. You can see an example of menu usage on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/lawyer2/
I started my journey with wordpress and i bought betheme for it - right now i am testing how does the muffin builder and all the stuff works. I installed BeTheme demo (blogger or blogger 2) and i am trying to figure it out what the hell is 'secondary menu'....if it is the one instead top social menu button why it does not show there?? I chose this option for default menu from betheme bloger demo data and it shows nowhere. So why is there ?
@simon139 Yes, secondary menu is a simple menu that shows in right top corner instead of social icons. To set this menu up, you need to do this under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.
And actually one more issue...Obviously to test 'secondary menu' I have done what you've just written. I chose the location of my menu to 'Secondary Menu', but what I still see social icons.
Over here i put my 'Main Menu' in Secondary Menu section ( you can see it on the left side of image) and nothing happened. I still have social icons. https://postimg.org/image/swqpj5ml3/ And over here I put 'Main Menu' in Social Menu section and it looks like secondary menu (also left side of the image) https://postimg.org/image/3wr48arev/
It just makes me confused...what is the reason to have 'secondary menu' section if you set it up simply by putting any menu to 'social menu' section? Or what am I doing wrong?
Sorry but this time we are confused. Secondary menu can be set ONLY instead of social icons and from what we can see on your screenshots, everything works exactly the way it supposed to work. When you set menu for Social Menu Top, the menu appears fine (instead of social icons in the right top corner). But the Secondary Menu | depth 2 (Header Split) is an option to SPLIT header type only. It's a kind of header where you have 2 menus (left and right) and the logo between.

My website is: http://johnykowalsky.com/#
So this is where i chose my menu to be secondary:

No change to 'social icons' as you can see.
But if I use 'top social media menu' section than i have this effect of 'secondary menu'. You can see it here:

So how do i use 'secondary menu' and what is reason for it if it's the same as 'social menu top' ? Or what am i doing wrong?
https://postimg.org/image/swqpj5ml3/ - there are social icons what means you did not set up secondary menu
https://postimg.org/image/3wr48arev/ - here you definitely set secondary menu instead of social icons
