Error while installing Visual Composer plugin

Dear Team,

while installing the required plugins for Be Theme, there is a problem with Visual Composer plugin. It says 'an error occured while installing Visual Composer. The file does already exist /mnt/web010/a3/75/57264275/htdocs/WordPress_01/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/.

However, it does not show in the list of installed plugins and I cannot intall it newly. What can I do?? Without Visual Composer, the Demo slider does not work, right?

Hi,

you need to go to your FTP, remove VC folder and then install it once again. We recommend to remove all plugin files from FTP and upload the newest one into same plugin folder instead.
