Divider Codes from Offer building area?

How can we get the individual codes for dividers and list when building an offer? There is not a muffin builder in the offer area it just gives vague code with no reference?

For the list I have to go to a test page and use the muffin builder then come and copy that code back to the build an offer section?

to get this divider you must use plain shortcode. And below you have the stuff that we used for each offer item:
