Related Youtube Videos Pretty Photo Disable?

I know you have the option to disable related videos at the end of a video and a few other options when using the YouTube embed code.

When using the call to action section with video you only have the option to use a url..... 

Anyway to disable related videos with just a url with still using this item in muffin builder?

I tried adding ?rel=0 to the url but think that only works in an embed code?
