Weird signs in woocommerce

Hello, 

 I have installed woocommerce plugin to my wordpress and weird chinese signs appeared. Check the foto, there is a different sign in icon "basket". Can you help me with this? Thank you

we can not open this image because it's local file on your pc only.

visit the website www.creative-art.sk , when I open this website, everything is ok but after a short time, shopping bag icon will disappear and there are different icons in betheme options

We did it on several different computers and the icons does not disappear. As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/1cMfxBgVO.png icons are fine.
