Remove bar above header

Hi Support,

How can I completely remove the black bar (block) above my menu header bar?

Sorry if that doesn't make sense. 

Appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi,

it's an Action Bar and it could be disabled under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.
