Muffin Options Indents Every Line

Hello,

I have a problem where the BeTheme Options are indented / formatted as shown here:

I have tried the following as a fix and it didn't do anything:
  • Uninstall all plugins
  • Uninstall and delete parent and child theme, and reinstall
I have this issue in the latest version of Chrome, but I do not see it in Internet Explorer or Firefox. I've disabled all extensions in Chrome and still have the same issue. 

I will use other browsers for now, but I thought you should know.
