Clickable telephone number in call to action bar

Hello,

Is is possible to make the telephone number at the bottom of each page, clickable?

Betheme options --> Footer --> General --> advanced options.

Now it containts: "Verhoog vandaag nog uw bedrijfscontinuïteit. Bel nu! 0344-613324"

That is the telephone number in the footer. I want the telefophone number in the call to action bar also to be clickable. The one that you can edit in the following page: Betheme options --> Footer --> General --> advanced options

I also don't mean the number at the top. But the number just above the footer. I can edit the text in Betheme options --> Footer --> General --> advanced options --> call to action

OMG, it's a "Call to Action Footer" section and to make this phone number clickable, you need to wrap existing phone number into the following html tag:

<a href="tel:00-000-000-000">00-000-000-000</a>
