Mobile Header wrong colour can someone advise how to change

I am quite new to coding but have a site www.encantojewellery.co.uk and the header on the mobile is black if I have it set to responsive - I need this white to show with the logo - please can anyone help?

PS it's fine if I have unresponsive.
