Hope you're well.

Would you know how I could re-add or remake the grey line that separates / divides "© 2016 Leads Through Chat. All Rights Reserved" and the rest of the footer? Exactly like the call centre demo does?

you can add this line with custom css:

#Footer .footer_copy {
    border-top: 1px solid #000 !important;
}
