Infinite loading

Hello,

I have couple of problems with the theme so I hope that you will be able to help me with that. First thing, when I go to Appearance > Widget section and try to delete some widgets from specific sections, I get infinite loading and nothing happens. So, I am not able do make some changes. Same type of error is showing in media library when i want to see images in grid view, while in the list type of view images can be seen.

Can you please tell me what seams to be a problem?

    Hi,

    please switch to default WP theme and make sure if it works exactly the same when default theme is active.

    Hi,

    I have switched to one of three default wordpress themes, and everything is working properly. So i guess those issues are related to betheme. Can you please check and see what is causing this behavior?

    I have sent my dashboard parameters via contact form. But in the answer I have been told that problem doesn't exist. So can you please check again because I really need to solve this so I can move one using your theme.

    You probably did not explained to my college what for you are sending him an access and that's why he didn't knew it. Next time, please remember to explain what for the access is.

    yes that was the case. Sorry for that, it was my mistake. 

    Anyway, I did what your college told me and after disabling revolution slider plugin, problem with infinite loading in library and widget sections disappeared. But one thing i have to point. After fixing other issue with importing demo material for revolution slider, by increasing memory limits on my hosting, the problem with removing widgets form certain sections is no longer present. Everything is ok now with that. The only problem that still remains is with shoving pictures in grid view inside media library.

    So do you have idea why is that still happening?

    What if you switch do default Wordpress theme? Media library looks the same as when BeTheme is active?

    Hi,

    yes when I switch to one of default themes, images are showing in both views, but when I turn back to BeTheme and click on grid view, I still have that infinite loading..

    Hi,

    I have send access parameters via contact form as you sad and this is the answer i got.

    we checked your dashboard and noticed that
    Widgets works fine. We are able to add and remove widgets. The only
    problem we found is Media section but it is unrelated to theme. The
    problem is related with Contact Form 7 plugin because after this plugin
    deactivation, we realised that all is fine. We recommend to remove
    plugin files via FTP and upload them once again. Not sure if the problem
    is related with incomplete plugin files but this is what we found.

    So, I have removed plugin files and upload them again but the problem still exist. I don't know what to do else, since this plugin came in pack with the theme and I really need to use it. Can you please help in order to finally find solution to this.

    Also, I have to mention one more thing. Yesterday I tried to change structure on my footer and after making some changes regarding layout and content inside footer widgets, some global css properties including fonts on whole site changed. Also I have noticed inside betheme options that some custom css also disappeared without any reason. I was forced to reinstall the theme and make everything from scratch, since I could not revert changes, and that was very stressful. Do you have any idea why this happened? I have managed to fix everything but I don't wont that to happen again.

    I really need your help regarding this problems.
